Preparation Method

Apart from enjoying the delicious barbecue meat slice on its own, it also complements well with Ketupat (Rice Cakes), Nasi Impit (Compressed Rice), and can be added as a topping in noodle or pasta dishes.

Storage Instructions

As no preservatives are added, it can be kept in an airtight container for 7 days at room temperature. Otherwise, store 14 days in the fridge or 1 month in freezer.
