Refund policy
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will process your request within 1 – 5 working days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Products marked as promotions or sales are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
We will provide a 1-to-1 exchange or return if the item is delivered in a defective condition, or if the wrong product is delivered.
RefundsÂ
Refunds will be on a case-by-case basis subject to item availability, we will provide you with a replacement or refund.
