When will I receive my order?
Thank you for your support! You will receive it within 2-3 working days from placing the order. We will send you a WhatsApp msg the day before delivery. We are closed on weekends and public holiday, but we strive to respond as promptly as possible to all enquiries!
For special delivery requests, please leave a remark with your order and our team will get back to you.
How much is shipping?
Deliveries are available at $4.99 per location, or simply spend $60 and above to enjoy free shipping. Deliveries to Sentosa and Tuas subject to an additional $10 Charge. We are unable to deliver to Jurong Island and restricted areas. Please reach out to us In the event that no one is present to receive the goods, a handling and delivery fee of $4.99 will then be charged for subsequent delivery. Once delivered, goods are considered sold and are non-refundable.
Can I do self-collection?
If you have selected self-collection as the delivery option, we will contact you to confirm the date & time. We are located at 14 Senoko South Road S758075, the available collection timing is 9am - 5pm (Mon-Fri), and 9am - 3pm (Sat).
Product pricing?
All prices quoted our website (www.enhancefood.com.sg) are in Singapore Dollar (S$). Prices can be subjected to change without prior notice. Special promotions are valid while stock lasts. All prices quoted are inclusive of a 9% Singapore Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Do you accept cash on delivery?
We accept only online payment method.
